“ Artwork was incredible - it turned out better than the photo I sent and my partner (to whom it was gifted) didn't at first realise it was hand-made. He loves hyper-realistic artworks and the detail was outstanding. The subject was also blown away and is a strong feminist who has helped the women of Australia by pushing for women's rights and domestic violence leave - she was proud of the strength shown in the artwork depicting her.
Communication was outstanding, I contacted months prior with a birthday date as the goal and it arrived in time with great communication and super fast shipping via DHL. I tried to arrange framing prior to gifting, but unfortunately due to Sydney lockdowns I wasn't able to complete this part. You was clear and friendly the whole way through! The whole way through I felt my request was valued and respected and I am so thrilled to have one of your works!

Delivery was packaged carefully and delivered safely in perfect condition.

Payment I must admit I had a slight 'what did I just do?!' doing an international bank transfer to someone I didn't know in another country but the communication was instant and assuring.

I hope you become wealthy AF from your talent - it was worth every cent and had budget allowed I would've gone bigger! I was hesitant in getting an artwork of someone we knew, for some reason I felt it more 'acceptable' for an artwork of a random figure (I loved the man with his hands tied) but I'm so happy with my choice and we'll display it proudly in our house once the framers re-open. “

‘‘ I remembering coming to Oums maybe a little over a year and asking her if she would be able to draw a portrait of my dogs, Cleo and Leyla. Cleo was a blue staffy pit, beautiful, delicate, care soul. She was also by ANYONES side. Everyone that met her fell in love with her. Leyla was a black tiny poodle with some sass. She was the protector of her sister Cleo. She knew she was the older sister and she played that role very well. She was personalty very close to me, I will never forget anytime i was sad she would know and come and comfort me. Sadly both passed away around the same time, they both became sick dogs and we had to make the decision to put them down so they didn't live in pain and discomfort. That is one of my favorite traits of dogs, no matter what they are going through no matter the pain they will push through it all for you.

After their passing i reached out to Oums and she was super sympathetic , no matter how busy she was with the amount of projects she has going on she took time to answer me with care and condolence. At the time she was very busy and asked if I would like the be placed on a waiting list. I said sure and then believe it or not forgot about it till months later she reached back out to me. She reached out asking hows everything and if i am still interested in the portrait, I jumped on the opportunity. She then asked for referenced, kept in touch and it was super easy going. It all just flowed so well.

Once she sent the first draft i was already blown away! I was speechless, she then asked if there was anything i saw that needed fixing. From there she finished it up and sent it over. Once it arrived, which was super quick less than 5 day from me and i am in the states. The packaging was super secured, wrapped well. Now the presentation, 10 out of 10. Plastic wrapped, protected by two boards, stickers with her logo to protect it. She even writes a hand written note personal to your piece, with instructions on how to preserve the phenomenal art. Once we were ready to open everything and see the finally product, we were blow away. Attention to details, was absolutely extraordinary. She made the hair so realistic. It was like i was look at my exact dogs, to white patches to messy curls. It was.. one of a kind.
